Upload an existing recording

Create a session from an MP3, M4A, or WAV file.

You can upload an existing recording without granting microphone or Screen Recording access.

From the session list

1. Open Sessions.
2. Select Upload session.
3. Choose an MP3, M4A, or WAV file.
4. Select the client.
5. Wait for the upload to finish.

From a client profile

1. Open the client profile and go to Files.
2. Upload the audio recording.
3. Select Create session.
4. Choose the meeting date.

The session date appears in the client’s history and cannot be in the future.

After upload, Sessio prepares a transcript, summary, and note draft. You can close the page while processing continues in the background.
