How session processing works

Understand the statuses shown after recording or upload.

After recording ends, Sessio uploads the audio, prepares the transcript, and creates the session materials.

Main statuses:

• Uploading audio — the recording is being sent from your Mac;
• Preparing transcript — the audio has been received and is waiting for processing;
• Preparing draft — the transcript is ready and Sessio is creating the session materials;
• Ready to review — the summary, transcript, and note are available;
• Processing error — you can retry processing.

The note draft is saved automatically as soon as it is ready. Manual notes remain available even if transcription fails.
