Archive or delete a client
The difference between archiving and permanently deleting a client.
Archiving removes a client from the list but keeps all of their data. Deleting erases a client permanently. When in doubt, archive.
Where to find it
Both actions are available in the ⋮ menu next to the client’s name. Archived clients are in Settings → Archived clients.
How to do it
- Open the ⋮ menu next to the client.
- Select Archive to hide the client while keeping their card, sessions, notes, and files.
- To bring the client back, open Settings → Archived clients and restore them.
- To delete permanently, open Archived clients and choose delete.
What you’ll see
Deleting erases the client’s card along with all sessions, notes, and files. This action cannot be undone. If the client has sessions still processing, deletion is unavailable until they finish.
If it didn’t work
If deletion is blocked, wait for the sessions to finish processing or delete those sessions, then try again.
