Data and privacy

A brief overview of storage, model training, and data deletion.

Sessio works with sensitive materials, so it is important to understand what happens to session data.

Access

Recordings, transcripts, and notes are stored in your account. In the app, they are available only to you unless you explicitly share them.

Model training

Sessio does not use session data to train models without separate, explicit consent.

Control over text

Sessio automatically prepares and saves a note draft. You can edit or delete it at any time. The note is not automatically approved or signed.

Deletion

You can delete an individual session, a client, or your entire account. Related materials listed in the confirmation dialog are deleted with the selected item.
