A brief overview of storage, model training, and data deletion.
Sessio works with sensitive materials, so it’s important to understand what happens to your session data. You’ll see the same wording in Settings → Data & Privacy.

Open Settings → Data & Privacy.
What happens to your session data
- Your data is stored in your account. Recordings, transcripts, and summaries are stored in a secure cloud. In the app, this data is available only to you.
- We don’t train AI on your sessions. Processing services don’t use your data to train models.
- Delete your data at any time. You can delete a session, a client, or your entire account at any time. Recordings, transcripts, summaries, and audio are permanently deleted along with them.
- You stay in control. The AI prepares a draft, and you edit and accept it. Nothing is signed automatically.
If it didn’t work
- You need to delete a specific session or client. Open Export or delete a session or Archive or delete a client.
