Session note

Learn how the automatically saved note draft works.

After processing a recording, Sessio prepares a note draft structured for the selected approach. It appears in the Note tab and is saved automatically.

You do not need to approve or manually save the note. Once it is ready, you can edit the wording, add your own items, or remove anything unnecessary. Changes are saved automatically.

The draft is a starting point, not a final assessment of the client. Sessio uses the recording and available context but does not make decisions for the therapist.

If speaker roles are reversed

First correct the speaker for an individual turn, or swap therapist and client roles across the entire transcript. You can then prepare the note again.
