Summary and insights

Review key session themes, sources, and items that need verification.

The Summary tab organizes the session’s key themes into a short structure. Depending on the recording, it may include:

• brief context;
• key themes and affect;
• agreements and homework;
• risks;
• a plan for the next session.

These items help you notice important details and return to them after the meeting. Insights in Sessio are not diagnoses or recommendations; review them alongside the recording and your own understanding of the client.

You can edit, delete, reorder, or expand an item manually. The source icon opens the recording segment it is based on. If Sessio marks an item for review, compare it with the transcript.
