Transcript

Search and correct text and speaker roles in a session transcript.

The Transcript tab shows therapist and client turns linked to the recording.

In the transcript, you can:

• search the text with ⌘F;
• jump to the relevant point in the recording;
• edit the text of an individual turn;
• change the speaker of a turn;
• swap therapist and client roles for the entire session.

If roles are reversed across many turns, use Swap therapist and client. Selecting it again restores the original roles.

After roles are corrected, Sessio will offer to prepare the note again. If you have already edited the note manually, the new version may overwrite those changes.

Summary items may link to specific transcript segments. This helps you quickly check what a statement is based on.
