Export or delete a session

Save session materials to your Mac or delete a meeting.

Export

Open the session and select Actions. Two formats are available:

• PDF — a ready-to-read or printable document;
• Markdown — a text format you can move into other apps.

The export includes the session note and basic metadata: date, approach, and therapist name.

Delete

Select Actions → Delete session. The associated note, transcript, and audio are deleted with the session. They cannot be restored after confirmation.

If you need to keep the text outside Sessio, export it first.
