Archive or delete a client

Understand the difference between archiving and permanently deleting a client.

Archive a client

Archiving hides the client from the sidebar while keeping their profile, sessions, notes, and files.

1. Open the actions menu next to the client.
2. Select Archive.

Restore a client from Settings → Archived clients.

Delete a client

Deleting a client permanently removes their profile, sessions, notes, and files. This action cannot be undone.

You can delete a client from Archived clients. If the client has sessions still processing, wait for them to finish or delete those sessions first.
