Settings

Manage your account, permissions, language, notifications, and privacy.

Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and select Settings.

Main sections:

• Account — profile, approach, email, and account deletion;
• Preferences — theme, language, dates, sounds, and notifications;
• Permissions — microphone, Screen Recording, and notification access;
• Archived clients — restore or permanently delete clients;
• Help — guides, bug reports, and feature suggestions;
• Data and privacy — a plain-language overview of how session data is handled;
• About — your Sessio version and update checks.

Select Back to app to return to the main screen.
