Preferences

Configure language, theme, notifications, and Sessio's behavior on your Mac.

Under Settings → Preferences, you can change:

• whether Sessio opens at login;
• interface sounds;
• notifications when a note is ready;
• call detection for Zoom, Meet, Teams, and other apps;
• system, light, or dark theme;
• app language;
• expected recording language;
• note and summary language;
• first day of the week and time zone.

The transcription language tells Sessio which language to expect in the recording. If meetings use several languages, choose Multiple languages or Auto when available.

Open at login is useful when you want Sessio to detect calls and offer to record them.
